Jay Revell

Jay Revell is a creative director and choreographer at Black Skull Creative.

Starting life in the arts as a dancer, after graduating from the BRIT school, Jay toured the world and performed with artists such as Rihanna, Taylor Swift, Alicia Keys, Mariah Carey and Selena Gomez, to name just a few.

As a choreographer and creative director at Black Skull, Jay’s work has gone on to be recognised internationally. His versatility has allowed him to work across various musical genres and also multiple performance platforms, from television, live music, sporting ceremonies to fashion and brand experiences.

Jay’s intention is always to understand his audience. His attention to detail and story telling ties itself to a wealth of experience working in the arts internationally. Jay believes human emotion and story telling can be adapted in to movement giving it a vocabulary that crosses the barriers of language allowing his work to enlighten the hearts and minds of his audiences.

On his journey Jay has worked with institutions such as Dolce and Gabanna, the British Fashion Council, Heineken, Lui Jo, Thomson, Samsung, eBay, L’Oreal and the BBC. Musically, his clients include world-renowned names such as Tom Jones, Years and Years, Demo Lovato, Kanye West, Leona Lewis, Sigala and Busted.

Jay’s insuppressible energy and drive is evident throughout his body of work and he looks forward to continuing to develop, grow and bring his passion and creativity to new projects in the years to come.
